Precautions for product use

1. The core wire needs to be stored in moisture-proof: the core powder of the rare earth magnesium core wire is easy to absorb moisture, which may clump or cause magnesium oxidation after being damp, affecting the reaction effect. It needs to be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid open-air stacking. The unused core wire after opening needs to be sealed and stored.
2. Check the integrity of the core wire: Before use, confirm that the outer steel belt is not damaged and the core powder is not leaking. If the steel belt is cracked, it may cause the core powder to oxidize prematurely or scatter during wire feeding, reducing the absorption rate of the element.
3. Magnesium is easy to react with water to generate hydrogen. It is necessary to avoid contact between the core wire and water. The warehouse and operation area must be equipped with drying equipment and fire extinguishing equipment (carbon dioxide fire extinguishers are prohibited, and dry sand is recommended).
