High Carbon Silicon Powder (400 Mesh) is a novel composite deoxidizing alloy material with silicon and carbon as its core components. Produced strictly according to industry standards, its silicon content is consistently around 62%, and its carbon content is approximately 15%, with impurities controlled to extremely low levels. It is an ideal replacement for traditional ferrosilicon, silicon carbide, and carburizing agents, and is widely used in metallurgical applications such as converter steelmaking and cast iron casting.

Converter/Electric Furnace Steelmaking: Used as a composite deoxidizer and carburizer, suitable for smelting plain carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and alloy structural steel. It rapidly deoxidizes and collects slag, reducing impurities in molten steel, improving steel strength, hardness, and toughness, and reducing oxidation losses during smelting. It is particularly suitable for producing high-quality steels such as those used in new energy vehicle chassis and wind turbine main shafts, preventing product scrap due to excessive impurities.

Cast Iron Casting: Used for inoculation treatment of gray cast iron and ductile iron.
