High Carbon Silicon - Steelmaking Materia is less dense and harder than steel, exhibiting high strength, hardness, and toughness. It has a melting point of approximately 1680°C and exhibits superior electrical and thermal conductivity to steel. It also exhibits excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, a low coefficient of expansion, and excellent thermal stability.

High Carbon Silicon Production Process

Pure silicon metal and carbon materials are mixed in a specific ratio, and appropriate amounts of flux and additives are added. The mixing process ensures that the raw materials are well blended to guarantee the homogeneity and stability of the subsequent smelting process.
