High Carbon Silicon Powder (400 Mesh) is a novel composite alloy powder material made from high-quality quartz sand and petroleum coke (or coal coke) through high-temperature smelting, fine grinding, and grading. Also known as silicon-carbon alloy powder, it has a silicon content of 40%-72% and a carbon content of 10%-24%. With a uniform 400-mesh particle size (approximately 38 micrometers in diameter), it is free of lumps and impurities, exhibits good flowability, and possesses excellent properties such as high hardness, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can replace ferrosilicon and silicon carbide.
