304 Stainless Steel Foils

304 stainless steel foils can withstand corrosion from most acid, alkali, and salt media, exhibiting excellent resistance to nitric acid below 65% concentration, alkaline solutions, and most organic and inorganic acids. It can operate stably at high temperatures up to 800℃, with a high-temperature resistance range of 1000-1800℃, far exceeding the corrosion resistance of 201 stainless steel foil. Simultaneously, it possesses excellent oxidation and fatigue resistance, resisting aging under complex working conditions such as thermal cycling and high humidity, significantly extending its service life. Its excellent ductility allows for easy cold rolling, hot rolling, deep drawing, cutting, welding, and other processing techniques, adapting to the forming needs of complex parts. After vacuum bright annealing treatment, internal stress is effectively eliminated, and the surface finish can reach Ra≤0.05μm, meeting ISO Class 1 clean environment requirements. It is also not easily magnetized, has low magnetic permeability, and is easy to clean and maintain, making it suitable for precision manufacturing scenarios.
