Ferro Silicon 75 Size 10-100mm is made primarily from coke, steel scrap, and quartz (or silicon dioxide) through electric furnace smelting. Under high temperature, the raw materials undergo a series of chemical reactions, ultimately forming a ferrosilicon alloy.

 Physical Properties: The melting point of Ferro Silicon 75 Size 10-100mm is typically around 1300°C, varying with silicon content.
Chemical Properties: Ferro Silicon 75 Size 10-100mm exhibits excellent deoxidation properties. Silicon readily combines with oxygen to form silicon dioxide (SiO₂). During the steelmaking process, it quickly and effectively removes oxygen from molten steel, reducing oxide inclusions.
