Products application

1. Pure calcium wire can deal with the problem of continuous casting nozzle blockage, spheroidize alumina inclusions, and thus improve the lateral performance of steel; it can be used as a deoxidizer and reducing agent in steelmaking to produce high-quality and special types of steel. In addition, compared with calcium silicon cored wire, the calcium recovery rate of pure calcium wire can be increased by about 52%, and the feed weight per ton of steel is only about 38% of that of calcium silicon cored wire, which is conducive to reducing costs and producing pure steel.
