he double-layer calcium-aluminum cored wire consists of metal calcium wire wrapped with aluminum strip and steel strip, forming a dual-layer protective structure. It is primarily used in the steel smelting process to enhance steel properties, increase calcium recovery rates, regulate the content of easily oxidized elements and trace elements, and purify molten steel by modifying the composition and morphology of inclusions. Additionally, it helps control reaction speed, prevent molten steel splashing, and facilitate calcium-aluminum composite deoxidation, achieving deep deoxidation.
