It contains Fe≤0.2%, Al≤0.2%, Ca≤0.02%, and other impurities≤0.2%, with a silicon content typically ≥99.0% (mainstream reaching over 99.5%). It appears as silver-gray or dark gray lumps, granules, or powders with a metallic luster. Its melting point is approximately 1410℃, and its density is approximately 2.33 g/cm³. It exhibits excellent chemical and thermal stability. Its uniform composition and low impurity fluctuations make it suitable for high-end applications with stringent raw material purity requirements, meeting customized needs in metallurgy, chemical, electronics, and other industries.
