Silicon Carbide SlC95

Silicon Carbide SlC95 is typically black or dark gray and comes in granular or powder form. It can also be combined with a binder to form shaped abrasive tools such as grinding wheels and discs.

 High Hardness: With a Mohs hardness of approximately 9.25, it is second only to diamond and a few other materials, making it effective for grinding harder materials.
 Good Toughness: Compared to green silicon carbide, black silicon carbide has slightly higher toughness and is less prone to premature breakage during grinding. It is suitable for machining low-tensile-strength materials such as glass, ceramics, stone, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
 Good Self-Sharpening: During grinding, the surface abrasive particles naturally break apart as they wear, revealing a new, sharp edge and maintaining excellent grinding performance.

 Excellent Thermal Conductivity: Silicon Carbide SlC95 has a high thermal conductivity, quickly dissipating heat generated during the grinding process, reducing deformation and damage to the workpiece caused by heat.
 Strong Chemical Stability: It offers excellent corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals, maintaining stable performance in diverse chemical environments and resisting chemical reactions with the workpiece at high temperatures.

A2: Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before storing in the warehouse. NG goods are not allowed in the completed goods warehouse.
