High-quality anthracite carburizer is typically made from high-quality Taixi anthracite, calcined in a furnace at 800-1200°C. The product appears as black granules or blocks with a metallic luster. It has a high fixed carbon content and is available in grades such as Special (Fc ≥ 95%), Grade 1 (Fc ≥ 94%), Grade 2 (Fc ≥ 93%), and Grade 3 (Fc ≥ 90%). Common sizes range from 0-20mm, but other sizes, such as 1-5mm and 1-4mm, can also be customized to meet customer requirements. It is primarily used in the steelmaking industry, increasing the carbon content of steel during electric furnace and converter steelmaking processes. It also chemically reacts with oxygen, sulfur, and phosphorus in the steel, improving its mechanical properties.

 Suitable Particle Size and Fast Absorption: The moderate particle size and high porosity allow for rapid absorption by the molten metal, shortening smelting time and improving production efficiency.
