SS 310 sheet can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 1150°C and intermittent operating temperatures up to 1200°C. It maintains excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability in high-temperature environments, preventing equipment failure due to thermal expansion deformation and oxidative spalling. Compared to 304 and 316L stainless steel sheets, its high-temperature creep strength and thermal fatigue resistance are significantly improved, making it particularly suitable for equipment components subjected to long-term high-temperature cyclic conditions. Its surface can be treated in various ways, including 2B, BA, No.1, No.4, and mirror finish, meeting different requirements such as sanitary and decorative grades. It complies with international standards such as ASTM A240, ASME SA240, and EN 10088, with strictly compliant chemical composition and mechanical properties. Material certificates and test reports are available.

 

 

 Petrochemical industry: SS 310 sheet is used in catalytic cracking reactor linings, ethylene cracking furnace tubes, and welded components of high-temperature sulfur-containing crude oil pipelines. It can operate stably at high temperatures above 900°C and in sulfur-containing media, avoiding corrosion and leakage risks and ensuring the continuous operation of refining processes.
 Heat treatment and industrial furnace field: As core components such as roller hearth annealing furnace conveyor rollers, carburizing furnace muffles, and furnace lining plates, it can continuously operate for more than 3 years under 1050°C high-temperature cyclic conditions, far exceeding the 1.5-year service life of ordinary stainless steel, reducing equipment downtime and maintenance frequency.
 Energy and environmental protection field: Flue gas heat exchanger tube sheets and desulfurization and denitrification reaction tower linings in waste incineration power plants can withstand high-temperature flue gas corrosion containing HCl and SO₂; in the nuclear power field, it is used in spent fuel storage containers, meeting IAEA standards due to its radiation resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance.
