347H Stainless Steel Pipe exhibits excellent high-temperature mechanical properties. Its creep rupture strength is approximately 15% higher than that of 321H when subjected to long-term service at 550-700°C. It also exhibits excellent oxidation resistance, maintaining stable resistance in air at 750-800°C, with a maximum oxidation resistance temperature of 850°C.
Product Applications
Power Industry: 347H Stainless Steel Pipe is used in high-temperature superheaters, reheaters, and main steam piping (pressure-bearing components below 650°C) in power plant boilers, as seen in projects such as the Huaneng Jinggangshan Power Plant and the Datang Yangcheng Power Plant. In the field of concentrated solar thermal power generation, it can be used in molten salt storage tanks, withstanding corrosion from high-temperature molten salt temperatures of 450-565°C, as seen in projects such as the Yumen and Haixi solar thermal power plants.
Petrochemical: It can be used as cracking furnace tubes in ethylene cracking furnaces, withstanding temperatures up to 800°C and corrosion from hydrocarbon media. It can also be used in hydrogenation reactors, resisting hydrogen sulfide-hydrogen-water corrosion environments.
Aerospace: It is used in engine components, such as turbocompressor hot gas ducts, withstanding low loads at temperatures below 850°C. It can also be used in exhaust systems, resisting corrosion from aviation fuel combustion products.
