Product Description
304 Stainless Steel Foil refers to 304 grade stainless steel ultra-thin coils/sheets produced by cold rolling or annealing process. It has the characteristics of high ductility (can be cold processed), high surface finish (Ra≤0.8μm), resistance to atmospheric corrosion at room temperature (not easy to rust in dry/humid environment), etc. It is the most widely used basic grade of stainless steel foil.
Products application
1.304 Stainless Steel Foil is used as tab foil or packaging material for lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells, taking advantage of its conductivity and resistance to electrolyte corrosion (at room temperature); electrode foil for micro sensors and capacitors, as well as shielding foil (shielding electromagnetic interference) for mobile phones, computers and other devices.
2. It is used to make high-temperature cooking bags and food preservation foil (such as the sealing layer of chocolate and cheese), because it meets FDA food contact standards (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600) and is resistant to food acidity and alkalinity.
3. It is used as surface decorative foil for furniture and home appliances (such as refrigerators and microwave ovens), and can achieve a metallic texture through plating or printing.
