Hardness

The hardness of Monel 400 seamless pipe is moderate, neither too hard to make processing difficult, nor too soft to cause insufficient wear resistance. Its hardness value is usually in the range of HB110~149 (bars after standard heat treatment at room temperature).

Toughness
