Manufactured using a die forging process (preferably pure material die forging), it boasts a fine crystalline structure, higher strength, and a smooth, non-deformable surface. Combined with a precision-machined sealing surface and compatible gaskets, it achieves near-zero leakage sealing, making it particularly suitable for pipeline systems with PN≥2.5MPa, drastic temperature fluctuations, or those transporting flammable, explosive, or corrosive media.

Combined with specialized gaskets such as spiral wound gaskets and octagonal metal ring gaskets, it is adaptable to extreme conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, and low temperature, effectively preventing leakage of hazardous media.

 Wide material compatibility: Materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex steel, and Hastelloy can be selected based on media characteristics and operating conditions to achieve targeted adaptation for corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
