Socket flanges, also known as spigot flanges, are pipe fittings that are inserted into a flange groove and then secured by an external fillet weld. Their unique groove design allows for precise pipe alignment, and the welding process does not intrude into the pipe's inner diameter, effectively preventing obstruction of media flow and reducing damage to the sealing surface from welding spatter. Compared to threaded flanges, they significantly reduce the risk of leakage, making them an ideal choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and clean fluid systems. Compared to slip-on flanges, socket flanges eliminate the need for double welding, have a more compact structure, offer significant advantages in confined space installations, and possess superior fatigue resistance and pressure resistance, making them widely used in core industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, and power.

 Precise Structural Design: The flange inner diameter is pre-drilled for expansion clearance, facilitating fine-tuning of pipe position during welding and reducing deformation caused by welding stress. Custom selections can be made based on the corrosive media and temperature range (-20℃ to 600℃) to meet the needs of different industry operating conditions.
