Product Introduction
Vacuum stainless steel flanges are core components connecting pipes, valves, and vacuum chambers. Their sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and structural precision directly determine the stability, safety, and service life of the entire vacuum system. They are used in high-end fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, chemical reactions, aerospace, food and pharmaceuticals, and LNG energy storage. Processed through precision techniques such as forging and heat treatment, they achieve tensile strengths exceeding 520 MPa and can withstand a wide temperature range of -196℃ to 550℃. They are suitable for extreme conditions such as high pressure, low temperature, and high-frequency start-stop. Customized production is also supported; flange dimensions and sealing structures can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter, pressure rating, and media type of the vacuum system to meet the personalized needs of different industries.
Common Types of Vacuum Stainless Steel Flanges
KF Type Vacuum Stainless Steel Flange (ISO-KF): This is a small-sized quick-installation flange consisting of a flange, quick clamp, sealing ring, and center positioning ring. No special tools are required; installation and disassembly can be completed manually by tightening the disc nut, making operation convenient and efficient. Suitable for vacuum levels up to 10⁻⁸ mbar, nominal diameters include DN10, 16, 25, 40, and 50, manufactured according to DIN 28403 and ISO 2861.
CF type vacuum stainless steel flange (Conflat Flang): A metal static sealing flange designed specifically for ultra-high vacuum systems, suitable for vacuum levels up to 10⁻¹² mbar, nominal diameters include DN16, 40, 63, 100, and 160, capable of withstanding high-temperature baking, commonly using oxygen-free copper and Viton as sealing materials.
ISO type vacuum stainless steel flange (ISO-K/ISO-F): Available in ISO-K (quick-fit) and ISO-F (bolted-fit) types, suitable for various applications from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum, nominal diameters include DN63, 100, 160, and 200, manufactured according to DIN 28404 and ISO 1609, capable of withstanding 150℃ baking when using fluororubber O-rings.
