Super Duplex SS Steel Blind Flange has excellent corrosion resistance, especially against chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. This is due to its high content of chromium (approximately 25%), molybdenum (approximately 4-5%), and nitrogen. These elements enhance the material's corrosion resistance, enabling it to operate stably in harsh environments such as seawater and acidic media containing chlorides.

Material Properties: Made from super duplex alloys (like UNS S32750 or S32760), they possess a unique dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, providing twice the yield strength of austenitic stainless steels.
Corrosion Resistance: They exhibit excellent resistance to general, pitting, and crevice corrosion, especially in high-chloride environments and seawater.
High Strength: High tensile and yield strengths make them suitable for high-pressure applications and thinner wall thicknesses without compromising performance.
