10-50mm, 65-75% Ferro Titanium is primarily composed of titanium (Ti) and iron (Fe), with the titanium content ranging from 65% to 75%. It also contains impurities such as aluminum (Al), silicon (Si), carbon (C), sulfur (S), and phosphorus (P). It typically appears in block form, with a particle size between 10 and 50mm. It has a silver-gray appearance with a metallic luster, a density of approximately 4.5g/cm³, and a melting point of 1667°C.

In Casting: Adding ferrotitanium to cast iron promotes the formation of fine-grained graphite, degassing, inoculating, purifying, and refining the casting structure, improving wear resistance and mechanical properties. Furthermore, adding ferrotitanium to heat-resistant cast iron improves its heat resistance.

Welding Materials: 10-50mm, 65-75% Ferro Titanium can be used as a coating component for welding rods, improving weld quality and weld properties, such as enhancing weld strength and corrosion resistance.
Other Applications: In the production of some specialty alloys, such as high-temperature alloys and aluminum alloys, ferrotitanium can also be used as an additive to adjust the alloy's composition and properties.
