Based on carbon content, Steelmaking Additive FeMn Ferro Manganese Lump can be classified into three categories: high-carbon, medium-carbon, and low-carbon. High-carbon ferromanganese lumps can have a carbon content as high as 7.5%, while low-carbon ones can be as low as 0.2%. Production is mostly carried out using casting processes, with some produced through aluminothermic smelting. After forming, the lumps are crushed and screened to obtain lumps of the corresponding particle size.

 Strong Deoxidation and Desulfurization Capabilities: Manganese has a strong affinity for oxygen and sulfur. When added to molten steel, it reacts rapidly with oxygen and sulfur in the steel, generating easily separable compounds, thus efficiently removing these two impurities from the molten steel.
