Deoxidizer Calcium Silicon is a composite deoxidizer designed specifically for steelmaking. Its core components are silicon (Si) and calcium (Ca), typically with iron as a carrier. It efficiently removes oxygen from molten steel while also performing a desulfurization function. It is a key metallurgical auxiliary ingredient for improving steel quality.

 Deoxidizer Calcium Silicon offers high deoxidation efficiency and a more thorough effect: Silicon, a highly effective deoxidizing element, rapidly reduces dissolved oxygen in molten steel; calcium combines with residual fine oxides (such as Al₂O₃) in the steel to form large composite inclusions, thoroughly removing stubborn oxygen. Compared to single ferrosilicon deoxidation, the oxygen content in steel can be reduced by an additional 30%-50%.

 Combined desulfurization function reduces overall costs: Calcium has a strong affinity for sulfur, simultaneously generating CaS, which is insoluble in molten steel. This is then discharged with the slag, achieving integrated "deoxidation and desulfurization" without the need for additional specialized desulfurizers, reducing smelting steps and auxiliary material costs.
 Easy to operate and highly adaptable: No modifications are required to existing smelting equipment. Lumps can be added directly to the ladle, while granules can be used in the injection process. Suitable for a variety of smelting scenarios, including converters, electric furnaces, and LF refining furnaces.
