Product Description
Calcium Silicon Alloy with Low Phosphorus uses silicon (Si) and calcium (Ca) as its core components, with iron as the balance. Through a rigorous smelting process, it strictly controls the content of harmful impurities such as phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and carbon (C), making it a new generation of highly efficient metallurgical additive that can replace traditional ferrosilicon and metallic calcium. It is moisture-proof and anti-caking, maintains stable performance at room temperature, is not prone to deliquescence or deterioration, and is convenient for storage and transportation.

Q1: What is the difference between low-phosphorus silicon-calcium alloy and ordinary silicon-calcium alloy?
A1: Ordinary silicon-calcium alloys typically have a high phosphorus content (above 0.05%), which can easily cause problems such as cold brittleness in steel and castings, and a decrease in mechanical properties. Low-phosphorus silicon-calcium alloy strictly controls the phosphorus content to ≤0.03%, and ultra-low phosphorus versions can achieve below 0.02%, effectively avoiding phosphorus impurity defects and meeting the high standards required for clean steel and precision casting.
Q2: What particle sizes are available for this product?
A2: Standard particle sizes are 10-50mm and 20-80mm. Custom processing of fine particles, large blocks, and other special particle sizes is also supported to adapt to different feeding equipment and smelting processes.
