Application

It effectively performs deoxidation and desulfurization, refines grain structure, and enhances the steel's strength, toughness, and weldability, thereby meeting the rigorous material requirements of high-end engineering projects.
Medium-to-High-End Structural Steel Smelting: Suitable for the smelting of medium-to-high-end structural steels-such as bearing steel, spring steel, and gear steel. Through inclusion modification, it minimizes internal defects within the steel, extends fatigue life, and improves wear resistance, thereby facilitating the production of high-performance mechanical components.
Stainless Steel Smelting: During the smelting of stainless steel grades-such as 430 ferritic stainless steel-adding this product directly into the steel stream improves slag fluidity, reduces the total oxygen content in the molten steel, decreases the size of inclusions, and enhances both the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.
Ordinary Carbon Steel Optimization: Applicable for the deoxidation and desulfurization treatment of ordinary carbon steel. It lowers the content of oxygen and sulfur impurities, minimizes defects such as porosity and cracks, and improves the overall yield rate of the steel.
