Silicon Metal 421 is produced using high-quality quartz stone and low-ash carbonaceous reducing agents. The manufacturing process involves high-temperature smelting in closed submerged arc furnaces, multi-stage refining to remove impurities, and precise crushing and grading. Visually, it presents as silver-gray lumps or granules with a metallic luster; it is characterized by its hardness, strong chemical stability, and high reactivity. It is fully compatible with mainstream silicone synthesis processes-such as fluidized bed and fixed-bed reactors-effectively enhancing reaction conversion rates, minimizing byproduct generation, and reducing production costs.
