310S heat-resistant steel is an important material in the aerospace and chemical industries and is widely used in high-temperature environments. Applications
Due to its ability to withstand temperatures up to 1150°C continuously and 1200°C for short periods, 310S stainless steel strip is ideally suited for manufacturing various furnace components, such as furnace tubes, radiant tubes, and internal parts of furnaces.
It finds application in automotive exhaust devices, where high-temperature resistance and good oxidation resistance are crucial.
In heat treatment furnaces, heat exchangers, incinerators, and other equipment requiring heat resistance, 310S stainless steel strip is extensively used for its durability and stability at elevated temperatures.
Its resistance to corrosion in moderate carburizing atmospheres, such as those found in petrochemical environments, makes it suitable for piping systems, reactors, and other equipment in this sector.
310S stainless steel strip is also employed in environmental protection devices like sewage treatment plants, waste gas treatment units, and flue gas desulfurization systems, where it withstands harsh conditions while maintaining its structural integrity.
