Anti-Oxidation 309 Stainless Steel Sheets
Product Description
309 stainless steel is a typical representative of high chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, with a chromium (Cr) content of 22-24% and a nickel (Ni) content of 12-15% (much higher than 304's 18% Cr+8% Ni). It achieves excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance with its high alloy content. The core advantage of 309 stainless steel plate is "strong high-temperature oxidation resistance + medium-high corrosion resistance", which is especially suitable for scenes that are at high temperatures of 800-1000℃ for a long time and need to withstand oxidation or weak corrosion.
Products application
1. Furnace internal components: annealing furnace conveyor belt, quenching furnace lining plate, high-temperature furnace bottom plate (working at around 900℃ for a long time, resistant to furnace gas oxidation and thermal fatigue).
2. Heating element jacket: resistance wire protection sleeve (withstands short-term high temperature of 1000℃ to prevent the heating wire from reacting with the medium in the furnace).
3. Ladle and casting system: continuous casting machine crystallizer protection cover, molten steel guide trough lining (resistant to molten steel splash and high temperature radiation, anti-oxidation scale peeling).
4. Sintering equipment: sintering furnace mesh belt, roasting furnace partition (resistant to powder material erosion and oxidation corrosion at 800-900℃).
5. Dissimilar steel welding pad: used as a transition layer for welding carbon steel and stainless steel (reduce welding cracks and use its high chromium and nickel content to balance the joint composition).
6. Welding filler material substrate: as the raw material of 309 welding rod and welding wire (due to excellent welding performance, suitable for dissimilar metal connection).
