410HT Stainless Steel Sheet

 

410HT stainless steel sheet contains a minimum of 11.5% chromium which is just sufficient enough to demonstrate corrosion resistance properties in mild atmospheres, steam, and many mild chemical environments.

 

 

 Moderate Corrosion Resistance: Containing 11.5%-13.5% chromium, a basic protective film forms on the surface, resisting corrosion from mild atmospheres and drinking water environments, as well as low concentrations of weak organic and inorganic acids.

 Suitable for Medium- and High-Temperature Applications: This sheet exhibits good stability in high-temperature environments, maintaining good oxidation resistance at around 650℃. It is suitable for manufacturing components for medium- and high-temperature applications such as steam turbine blades and industrial furnace parts. Its melting temperature range is 1482-1532℃, with stable thermal properties, meeting the temperature requirements of these applications.

 Flexible Processing Performance: 410HT stainless steel sheet can be processed using various conventional welding methods. Preheating the workpiece before welding reduces the risk of cracking, and post-weld annealing further improves ductility.
