SS 904L Pipe is a superaustenitic stainless steel that is designed for moderate to high corrosion resistance in a wide range of process environments. The combination of high chromium and nickel content, coupled with additions of molybdenum and copper, assure good to excellent corrosion resistance.

Excellent Mechanical Properties: SS 904L Pipe has high strength and good ductility. The high strength ensures that the pipe will not crack or deform under high pressure and load, while the good ductility makes it easier to bend and form during processing and installation.
Excellent Weldability: It can be welded using a variety of welding methods, such as manual arc welding and inert gas shielded welding. Due to its extremely low carbon content, carbide precipitation is prevented under normal heat treatment and welding conditions, eliminating the risk of intergranular corrosion. The welded joint has properties comparable to those of the parent material.

Non-magnetic: 904L stainless steel pipe is non-magnetic in its solid solution state, making it advantageous in applications requiring specialized magnetic properties.
High-temperature resistance: Due to its high content of alloying elements such as nickel and chromium, it offers excellent high-temperature resistance and can maintain stable performance even in high-temperature environments.
