SS 310H Pipes

SS 310H Pipes are heat-resistant stainless steel pipes specifically designed for high-temperature conditions of 800–1150℃. They also possess excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, making them suitable for industrial environments involving high-temperature pressure, thermal cycling, and slight carburization.

 Corrosion Resistance and Multi-Media Compatibility: SS 310H Pipes are resistant to neutral salts, weak acids and alkalis, high-temperature steam, and some organic acids. They perform exceptionally well in high-temperature flue gas containing SO₂, and are also resistant to aqueous solutions and high-temperature corrosion.

 Reliable Mechanical and Machinability: Yield strength ≥205MPa, tensile strength ≥520MPa, elongation ≥40% at room temperature. They can be welded, bent, and stamped, facilitating on-site installation and secondary processing.

 Wide Temperature Range Toughness and Low Magnetism: Maintains good toughness at low temperatures and has low magnetic permeability, making them suitable for low-temperature auxiliary pipelines and magnetically sensitive equipment.

 High Cost-Effectiveness and Long Lifespan: Lower cost compared to nickel-based alloys, with a dense and easy-to-clean protective film. Long lifespan and low maintenance costs under compliant operating conditions.
