 Raw Material Preparation: Qualified raw materials containing chromium, nickel, and manganese are purchased and mixed, stirred, and heated to create the 305 stainless steel alloy.
 Hot Rolling: The prepared alloy is heated in a furnace and then pierced, subjected to three-roll cross-rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion, tube stripping, and sizing (or reducing) to form the tubular form.

 Cold Rolling: The hot-rolled pipe is cooled to maintain a constant temperature and shape, then subjected to multiple cold rolling operations as needed to improve the pipe's precision and surface quality.
 Bright Finishing: The cold-rolled pipe is polished and cleaned to remove surface scale and impurities, resulting in a smooth, oxidation-free, and corrosion-free surface. Various surface finishes, such as BA finish and No. 4 finish, can be applied as needed.
 Finished Product Inspection: The pipe undergoes quality inspection, including visual inspection, dimensional inspection, pressure testing, and chemical composition analysis, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
 Packaging and Shipping: Qualified 305 Stainless Steel Pipe is packaged for transportation and storage.
