Weldable 321 Stainless Steel Foil possesses excellent high-temperature oxidation and creep resistance, allowing for continuous use at 700-800℃ and intermittent use at 800-900℃. In an air environment at 900℃, the oxidation rate is ≤0.1mm/year, superior to ordinary 304 stainless steel foil. It also exhibits good resistance to intergranular corrosion, verified by EN ISO 3651 standards. It remains stable in environments with nitric acid, acetic acid, organic acids, high-pressure steam, and polythionine, and can withstand harsh working conditions for extended periods without damage, making it suitable for complex scenarios involving high temperatures and coupled corrosion.
