Product Introduction
5052 Aluminum Alloy Composite Stainless Steel Foil is a bimetallic layered composite material. It uses 5052 rust-resistant aluminum alloy as the surface/inner layer, combined with 304 or 316L stainless steel foil as the base layer. Atomic-level bonding is achieved through a hot-rolling composite + cold-rolling finishing process, resulting in a bond without adhesives or delamination, and with high interfacial bonding strength. It combines the low density, high thermal conductivity, and excellent corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy with the high strength, tensile strength, high-temperature resistance, and deformation resistance of stainless steel.

Q1: Is this composite foil adhesive-bonded or rolled? Will it delaminate?
A: This product uses a hot-rolled composite process without any adhesives. The aluminum and steel layers are atomically bonded, resulting in extremely high bonding strength. Delamination and cracking will not occur during normal bending, stamping, and rolling processes. Except for extreme damage, it is safe for normal use.
Q2: Can you customize special thicknesses and widths? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: We support full-specification non-standard customization, starting from 0.03mm in thickness and 10mm in width. The minimum order quantity for small batch samples of standard specifications is 5KG, and the minimum order quantity for large-scale production is 50KG.
Q3: Can the ratio of the 5052 aluminum layer to the stainless steel layer be adjusted?
A: Yes, the proportion of aluminum layer can be adjusted between 30% and 70% as needed. We can also customize a three-layer composite structure (aluminum-steel-aluminum) to suit different strength, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance requirements.
