Hot Rolled 430 Stainless Steel Coil is produced using a hot-rolling process, completing the rolling above the recrystallization temperature. It possesses excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and machinability. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is lower than that of austenitic stainless steel, resulting in excellent thermal fatigue resistance. Furthermore, the addition of the stabilizing element titanium effectively improves the mechanical properties of the weld area, preventing intergranular corrosion. It is widely used in various fields such as architectural decoration, home appliance manufacturing, food machinery, and automotive parts.
