Q1: When will customs clearance documents such as bills of lading and packing lists be provided?

A1: Within [1-3 days] after the goods are shipped, the bill of lading (original/electronic release), commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other customs clearance documents will be sent to you to ensure that you can go through the import procedures smoothly.

Q2: What should I do if the goods I receive have quality problems/quantity shortages?

A2: Please provide clear photos/videos and packing lists within [7-15 days] after receiving the goods, and we will verify the situation:

Quality problems: free reissue, return or partial refund;

Quantity shortage: resend the difference after confirmation or refund the corresponding payment.

(Note: Problems caused by improper storage or incorrect use by customers are excluded)

Q3: What is the process for the first cooperation?

A3: The process is: customer inquiry → confirm demand → provide quotation → sign contract → pay deposit → arrange production/stocking → delivery → customer payment → provide customs clearance documents → after-sales follow-up.

Q4: Will the customer's information and cooperation details be kept confidential?

A4: Absolutely confidential. We promise not to disclose the customer's business information, order details and technical data to third parties, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed.
