High Carbon Silicon 6818 Grade-also known as Silicon-Carbon Alloy Lumps-is a novel composite deoxidizing alloy material featuring silicon and carbon as its core constituents. It is primarily supplied in 10–100 mm lump form (with sizes adjustable according to customer requirements), containing 40%–72% silicon and 10%–24% carbon. Characterized by extremely low impurity levels (Phosphorus ≤ 0.05%, Sulfur ≤ 0.05%) and stable physicochemical properties, it is ideally suited for the production and processing of various types of ordinary steel and castings.
