Silicon metal 10-50mm is generally dark gray or silver-gray with a metallic luster, and is typically found in blocks or granules. It uses quartz and coke as its primary raw materials. These are smelted in a submerged arc furnace under high-temperature conditions through a chemical reaction, producing metallic silicon. After exiting the furnace, it undergoes cooling, crushing, and other processes, and is then screened to produce products in sizes of 10-50mm.

 High Melting Point and Excellent Heat Resistance: With a melting point of 1414°C, metallic silicon maintains excellent stability in high-temperature environments, resisting melting and decomposition, making it suitable for high-temperature industrial production scenarios.
 Strong Oxidation Resistance: Under normal industrial use and storage conditions, metallic silicon exhibits strong oxidation resistance and is less likely to react violently with oxygen, ensuring its stable performance during processing and use.

 Excellent chemical stability: In dry, non-oxidizing environments, metallic silicon does not readily react with other chemicals, exhibiting relatively stable chemical properties. This allows it to be used as a base material in a variety of complex chemical environments.
 Suitable particle size: 10-50mm allows for easy feeding and dispersion, making it suitable for most industrial furnaces and other equipment requiring metallic silicon. It also facilitates uniform mixing with other raw materials, ensuring a more complete reaction.
