It also increases the number of eutectic cells, refines the matrix structure, and enhances the overall properties of the cast iron.

 Deoxidation and Desulfurization: The silicon, calcium, and barium in SiAlBaCa have strong deoxidation and desulfurization capabilities. During the molten iron smelting process, they react chemically with oxygen and sulfur to form corresponding oxides and sulfides, such as CaO and CaS. These products easily float and are discharged, thereby reducing the oxygen and sulfur content in the molten iron, improving the purity of the cast iron, and reducing defects such as porosity and inclusions.
 Improved Cast Iron Properties: Because it refines graphite and matrix structures and reduces impurity content, it effectively improves cast iron's impact toughness, wear resistance, and machinability.
