Low Melting Point Medium Carbon Ferromanganese achieves a melting point of 1100-1200℃ by adjusting the proportions of elements such as silicon and manganese, and removing some high-melting-point impurities. Significantly lower melting point than conventional medium-carbon ferromanganese: Ordinary medium-carbon ferromanganese has a melting point of approximately 1250-1300℃, while low-melting-point medium-carbon ferromanganese achieves this by adjusting the proportions of elements such as silicon and manganese, and removing some high-melting-point impurities, thus controlling the melting point to 1100-1200℃. It melts rapidly during steelmaking, shortening the time for steel to heat up and alloy, significantly improving smelting efficiency.
