Production Method of High Wear Resistance Electrolytic Manganese
Raw Material Pretreatment:High-grade manganese ore is crushed and ground, then acid-leached to obtain a manganese-containing leachate;
Deep Purification:Iron removal through oxidation and heavy metal removal through sulfidation, combined with pressure filtration and recrystallization purification, to obtain a high-purity manganese sulfate electrolyte;
Optimized Electrolysis:Parameters such as electrolyte composition, current density, and temperature are controlled to ensure uniform deposition of manganese ions into a dense manganese layer in the electrolytic cell;
Post-treatment:Manganese plates are peeled off, followed by dehydration, segmented temperature-controlled drying, and grinding to remove the oxide layer as needed, before inspection and packaging.
