It has strong chemical reactivity, is easily oxidized by air at room temperature, and decomposes into water to release hydrogen gas above room temperature. Its high purity allows it to function precisely during steelmaking, avoiding interference from excess impurities in the smelting reaction.

 Raw Material Pretreatment: Manganese ore is crushed and ground into powder. Manganese carbonate ore is used directly, while manganese dioxide ore requires reduction treatment to convert it into divalent manganese.

 Leaching Solution Preparation: The ore powder reacts with sulfuric acid to prepare a crude manganese sulfate solution.

 Purification and Refinement: Through processes such as oxidation to remove iron and sulfidation to remove heavy metals, impurities in the solution are removed to obtain a high-purity manganese sulfate electrolyte.

 Electrolytic Deposition: The electrolyte is injected into an electrolytic cell, and after applying direct current, manganese ions are reduced and deposited at the cathode to form metallic manganese.

 Post-processing: Remove the metallic manganese from the cathode plate, clean it, cut and crush it into flakes, and then inspect and package it to obtain the finished product.
