10-50mm Calcium Silicon Alloy

10-50mm Calcium Silicon Alloy is used in the production of high-quality steel, low-carbon steel, stainless steel and other steel types combined with special alloys such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy. It is suitable for warming agent for converter steelmaking, inoculant for cast iron and additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

Excellent Reaction Performance: Calcium silicon alloys in this particle size range have a moderate contact area with the molten metal, ensuring neither excessively violent reactions that are difficult to control nor slow reactions due to overly large particles. During steelmaking and casting, deoxidation and desulfurization reactions proceed smoothly, enabling operators to precisely control the production process, improving production efficiency and ensuring consistent product quality.
Wide Adaptability: Calcium silicon alloys in the 10-50mm particle size range are a commonly used particle size suitable for a variety of steelmaking and casting processes. They perform well in converter and electric furnace steelmaking, as well as in cast iron inoculation and ductile iron production. Furthermore, calcium silicon alloys in this particle size range are easy to store, transport, and load, meeting the production needs of most customers.
Excellent Shattering and Moisture Resistance: Compared to smaller calcium silicon alloys, particles in the 10-50mm range are more resistant to breakage and are less likely to break into smaller particles during storage and transportation, maintaining their original physical and chemical properties.
