Product Introduction
Stainless Steel 316L Ceiling Flange contains a chromium, nickel, and molybdenum alloy, offering significantly improved resistance to chloride ions, corrosive chemicals, and humid environments compared to ordinary 304 stainless steel. It can be used long-term in corrosive environments such as marine engineering, chemical workshops, and clean areas in food processing, preventing sealing failures and safety hazards caused by rust. Its service life is longer than traditional carbon steel flanges. Manufactured using a forging process, high-temperature forging eliminates internal air bubbles and impurities, improving structural density and mechanical properties, resulting in tensile strength and toughness far exceeding cast products. It can withstand extreme temperature ranges from -270℃ to 550℃, stably distributing stress in high-pressure ceiling piping systems and preventing loosening of connections due to vibration and temperature changes. Gaskets fill minor unevenness on the sealing surface, achieving a zero-leakage seal and ensuring safe and stable fluid transport.
