Welding Materials: Ferro Silicon Magnesium is commonly used in welding material production as a coating for welding rods. During welding, the silicon-manganese alloy deoxidizes, stabilizes the arc, and improves weld metal properties, resulting in welds with excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance.
Other fields: Silicon manganese alloy Mn65Si17 can also be used as the main raw material for the production of medium and low carbon ferromanganese. Through further refining and processing, medium and low carbon ferromanganese of different specifications can be obtained to meet the strict requirements of special steel grades on manganese and carbon content.
