316Ti stainless steel has chromium (16%-18%), nickel (10%-14%), and molybdenum (2%-3%) as core alloying elements, and titanium is added to fix carbon (to prevent carbon from combining with chromium to form carbides). Compared with 316, it has better high-temperature stability (can withstand continuous high temperatures of 430℃-900℃), and significantly improved resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding or high-temperature use, it can still maintain a stable organizational structure.

High Temp Resistance 316ti Stainless Steel is an optimized version of 316 stainless steel with the addition of titanium. The addition of titanium fundamentally solves the problem of intergranular corrosion under high-temperature environments, while simultaneously enhancing its high-temperature mechanical properties. It can operate stably for extended periods at temperatures up to 870°C (1600°F) and maintains over 85% of its room temperature strength below 600°C, far exceeding that of ordinary 316 and 316L stainless steel. Titanium combines with carbon and nitrogen to form titanium carbides, effectively inhibiting the precipitation of chromium carbides at high temperatures and preventing corrosion failure due to sensitization. This characteristic allows it to maintain structural integrity even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Its melting point ranges from 1345-1440°C, its density is 8.00 g/cm³, and its thermal conductivity is excellent at 100°C, making it suitable for the structural designs of various high-temperature equipment.
