Surface treatments include 2B, BA, and No.4, ensuring a smoothness of Ra≤0.8μm and an edge cutting accuracy of ±0.05mm, meeting the tolerance requirements of high-end manufacturing.

Superior corrosion resistance: 316L material passes 5000 hours of 5% NaCl salt spray testing without rust, exceeding the industry standard of 2000 hours; 304 material passes 1000 hours of neutral salt spray testing, suitable for humid, acidic, and alkaline environments.

Excellent mechanical properties: At room temperature, the hardness of a 1/8 stainless steel plate is HV≤200, and it can be cold-worked to achieve HV300 or higher while maintaining good toughness and avoiding the risk of brittle fracture.

Environmentally compliant: Complies with international certifications such as RoHS, REACH, and FDA, with heavy metal content below 0.01%, making it suitable for direct contact with sensitive industries such as food and pharmaceuticals.Comparative experiments show that under the same working conditions, this product has 25% better wear resistance than ordinary stainless steel plates, and its thermal stability remains unchanged within the range of -270℃ to 800℃.
