Stainless Steel Pipe Flex is manufactured using mainstream stainless steel grades such as 304, 316, and 316L. It possesses excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, salt spray, and high temperatures, and can withstand extreme temperature conditions ranging from -200℃ to +600℃. It is resistant to rust and aging in complex environments such as chemical media, seawater, and high-temperature steam, resulting in a long service life. Its corrugated structure allows for multi-dimensional displacement compensation, including axial expansion and contraction, lateral offset, and angular deflection. This effectively absorbs stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction and equipment vibration in the piping system, preventing pipe joint cracking and equipment interface damage.
