254SM0 Stainless Steel Pipe is primarily manufactured seamlessly using hot-rolled piercing or extrusion processes, followed by multiple cold drawing or cold rolling passes to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality. During manufacturing, heat treatments such as solution treatment and stabilization can be used to optimize material properties.

 

 

 

 Excellent Corrosion Resistance: The high molybdenum content provides exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Specifically developed for resistance to halide-containing acids, it performs exceptionally well in solutions containing chlorides, such as hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, phosphoric, and sulfuric acids. Furthermore, the low carbon content significantly reduces the risk of carbide precipitation caused by heating, providing excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion.

 Excellent Strength and Toughness: With a tensile strength exceeding 650 MPa, a yield strength ≥310 MPa, and an elongation ≥35%, 254SM0 stainless steel pipe offers both high strength and excellent ductility, enabling long-term stable operation in harsh environments while maintaining structural integrity and functionality.

 Excellent Processability: 254SM0 stainless steel pipe can be processed through welding, cold drawing, and cold rolling. While the manufacturing process is relatively complex, it offers excellent workability and can meet the needs of various projects.

 Strong Resistance to Stress Corrosion Cracking: Its high nitrogen content provides greater mechanical strength than other austenitic stainless steels. It also offers high resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it less susceptible to cracking under high stresses.

A2: Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before storing in the warehouse. NG goods are not allowed in the completed goods warehouse.
