Products introduction
316 stainless steel bar is mainly composed of iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and a certain amount of molybdenum (Mo). Among them, the chromium content is between 16%-18%, the nickel content is between 10%-14%, and the molybdenum content is usually between 2%-3%. Due to the addition of molybdenum, the corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel bar in chloride environment (such as seawater and salt water) is significantly improved, and it has better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion than 304 stainless steel. 316 stainless steel bar has been widely used in many fields due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength.
